Fragmented
- An SEO agency handles search
- A designer works on the website
- A developer implements changes
- A content team publishes articles
- Someone else manages paid acquisition
Each team sees only one part of the problem.
Your website should do more than launch.
Genten Growth is an ongoing strategy, design and engineering partnership built to continuously improve how your digital presence attracts, converts and grows customers. We combine human judgment with AI-powered research, monitoring and execution to find the highest-impact opportunities, build them, measure what happens and keep improving.
Most websites are treated like finished projects.
They launch, sit largely unchanged, and slowly fall behind the business they were built to support.
Growth does not work that way.
Genten Growth turns your digital presence into a system that is continuously observed, improved and tested. Not through disconnected marketing services. Through one integrated growth loop.
Traditional growth often gets fragmented across multiple teams. We work differently.
Each team sees only one part of the problem.
We identify what is most likely to move the business forward, then use the right capabilities to solve it.
The objective comes first.
The channel comes second.
We work on how people find you, what they do when they arrive, and what the data tells us to improve.
Bring more of the right people into your ecosystem.
Technical SEO, search strategy, content architecture, structured data and AEO designed to improve how both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery systems understand your business.
Use-case pages, comparison content, industry pages, educational content, lead magnets and other assets built around real customer demand.
Calculators, assessments, estimators, generators and useful mini-products that can attract traffic, earn attention and turn visitors into leads.
Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other paid channels can be activated when the offer, tracking and conversion foundation are ready to support them.
Paid media spend is separate from the Growth Partnership.
Getting traffic is only useful if the right visitors take action. We continuously improve the paths between interest and revenue.
Every meaningful change starts with a reason.
“Let's redesign this section.”
“We believe this change can improve this outcome. Let's test it.”
Growth ideas are useless if nobody can ship them. Our design and engineering team works directly inside the growth process, so we can move from opportunity to implementation without handing work between separate agencies or waiting on external development teams.
Your growth strategy and your website are not separate systems. We treat them as one.
Growth starts with understanding what is actually happening. We work across the data available to the business to build a clearer picture of customer behavior and performance. Depending on your stack, that can include:
The goal is not more dashboards. The goal is better decisions.
AI can dramatically increase how much information a small team can monitor, research and act on. But more automation does not automatically create better decisions.
We use specialized AI agents alongside our team to continuously surface opportunities across the growth system. They can research problems, prepare briefs, create drafts, suggest experiments and surface changes that deserve attention. But critical decisions remain human-led.
AI provides leverage.
Humans provide judgment.
Growth Partnership is not limited to websites built by Genten. We can work with an existing stack and build the growth infrastructure around it.
Our agents and team can operate outside of the website itself, using the appropriate data and integrations to monitor the system and prepare improvements.
A human still reviews the change before anything important reaches production.
We add an intelligent growth layer around the system you already own.
Choose between a 90-day sprint or a six-month partnership. Both begin by understanding the business, building the right foundation and implementing the highest-impact opportunities. The six-month sprint gives us more time to experiment, learn from real data and compound what works.
A focused engagement for teams that want to strengthen their growth foundation and move quickly on the highest-impact opportunities.
For teams that want enough time to build the system, test it and start compounding what works. The first three months establish the foundation. The next three turn that foundation into a continuous growth engine.
Before we change anything, we need to understand the system. We look at:
From this we build a prioritized Growth Backlog based on impact, confidence and effort.
No 80-page audit that gets forgotten in a folder. A working roadmap that immediately becomes the basis for execution.
We start implementing the highest-priority opportunities. The exact work depends on what we find. It may include:
The process is structured. The work is not templated. Every business has different constraints and different opportunities.
With a stronger foundation in place, we begin pushing acquisition and experimentation. That may include:
Paid acquisition can also be introduced at this stage when we believe the funnel is ready to support it.
At the end of the sprint, we review what changed, what we learned and where the next opportunities are.
The 90-day sprint ends here. The six-month sprint continues with months 4 to 6.
Now we have something we did not have at the beginning. Better data. We use it to test assumptions and improve the system. Experiments may focus on:
We stop relying only on opinions and start learning from real behavior.
We identify the channels and ideas showing the strongest potential and push further. That might mean:
We do more of what earns the right to receive more investment.
By this point, we understand much more than we did on day one. We have six months of search, website, conversion and growth knowledge. Now we begin turning that knowledge into a system that can operate continuously.
This is where AI agents can become a meaningful part of the Growth Partnership.
Both sprints start with the same foundation. The six-month sprint costs less per month and gives us more time to test, learn from real data and build on what works.
$3,000/month
$9,000 in total
Best for teams that already have a relatively strong foundation and want to identify problems, make meaningful improvements and establish a growth roadmap quickly.
Recommended for most growth engagements
$2,500/month
$15,000 in total
Best for teams that want to go beyond the foundation. Six months gives us time to implement, collect meaningful data, run experiments, develop acquisition channels and start compounding what works.
$1,750/month
After a 90-day or six-month sprint, teams can continue working with Genten month to month. By this point we already understand your business, customers, website, data and growth history, and the heavy setup work is complete.
Advertising budget is always separate from the partnership fee, on every plan.
One primary growth initiative usually stays active at a time, chosen from the shared backlog rather than from a fixed monthly quota.
Growth is unpredictable.
The highest-impact opportunity might be a conversion problem.
It could be an emerging search opportunity.
It may be an interactive tool or a new acquisition campaign.
“Four blog posts, one landing page and ten design hours every month.”
We work through a shared Growth Backlog in priority order. Typically one primary growth initiative stays active at a time.
The objective determines the work.
Growth Partnership is for B2B companies where the website plays a meaningful role in acquisition, conversion or sales. That often includes SaaS, technology, AI, software and professional services companies that already have some traction and want to turn their digital presence into a more active growth channel.
You do not need a perfect website or an established growth system before we start. You do need a real business, a clear offer and a willingness to keep improving what already exists.
No.
Growth Partnership can work with a website built by Genten or an existing site created by another team. We can work with the stack you already have, whether that means your CMS, analytics, codebase, hosting or other connected systems.
We start by understanding what is already there, what is working and what is getting in the way. If the foundation is strong, we build on it. If something needs to be fixed first, we make that part of the roadmap rather than forcing a rebuild for the sake of it.
If the current foundation is holding growth back, we address that first. That might mean restructuring key pages, improving performance, fixing technical SEO issues, cleaning up the CMS or making larger design and engineering changes before we push harder on acquisition.
In some cases, the right answer may be a more substantial rebuild rather than trying to optimize around a weak foundation. We make that call based on what will create the strongest long-term result, not on forcing Growth Partnership onto a setup that is not ready for it.
Both start the same way: we understand the business, fix the foundation and work through the highest-priority growth opportunities.
The 90-day sprint is a faster, more focused engagement for teams that want to strengthen the foundation, ship meaningful improvements and establish a clear growth roadmap.
The 6-month sprint gives us more time to move beyond setup into experimentation, acquisition and compounding. That means more room to test ideas, learn from real data and invest further in what starts to work.
After the initial sprint, you can continue with Continuous Growth on a month-to-month basis. By that point, the foundation is in place, we understand the business and the main setup work is already done.
The focus then shifts to ongoing optimization: monitoring performance, prioritizing new opportunities, running experiments, building what is needed and measuring what happens. You stay because the work remains valuable, not because you are locked into a long-term contract.
The exact mix depends on where the biggest opportunities are. We might work on messaging, landing pages, conversion flows, technical SEO, AEO and AI search visibility, content, analytics, performance, interactive tools, experiments or new website functionality.
We do not force the same deliverables every month. We maintain a shared Growth Backlog and focus on the work most likely to improve acquisition, conversion or overall performance at that point in time.
No.
We do not promise specific rankings, revenue numbers or growth percentages because too many factors sit outside our control.
What we do commit to is a disciplined process: identify the strongest opportunities, implement the work properly, measure what happens and keep improving based on real data. We focus on outcomes that matter, but we do not manufacture guarantees around things nobody can honestly control.
We prioritize work based on impact, confidence and effort. The biggest opportunity is not always the loudest request, so we look at the data, the business context and what is most likely to move the right metric.
That usually means maintaining one primary growth initiative at a time, while smaller fixes and supporting work happen around it. The priority can change as new data comes in and we learn what is actually working.
Yes.
Search is part of the Growth Partnership when it is relevant to the business. That can include technical SEO, content architecture, structured data, internal linking, search-driven pages and ongoing optimization based on real search demand.
We also work on AEO and AI search visibility by making the site easier for AI-driven discovery systems to understand and reference. We treat this as an extension of strong SEO and clear content structure, not as a separate trick or a guarantee that a specific AI platform will recommend your company.
Yes.
Paid acquisition can be added when it makes sense for the business and the funnel is ready to support it. We do not default to ads on day one just because they are available.
When the foundation is strong enough, we can support channels such as Google, Meta or LinkedIn, either directly or with a specialist partner when deeper channel expertise is useful. Ad spend is always separate from the Growth Partnership fee.
AI agents help us monitor more, research faster and surface opportunities that would otherwise take much more manual work. Depending on the engagement, they can support search analysis, content research, technical monitoring, CRO insights, reporting and other repetitive or data-heavy tasks.
They do not replace strategy or judgment. Our team decides what deserves attention, reviews important recommendations and stays responsible for the work that reaches production. AI gives us leverage; humans keep control.
Not by default. AI can monitor, research, prepare drafts, suggest experiments or even prepare code and content changes, but important changes stay behind a human review step.
We decide what level of automation makes sense for each workflow. Low-risk tasks can be automated more heavily, while anything that affects positioning, pricing, core content, production code or campaign budgets stays under human control.
Yes.
Growth Partnership is designed to work alongside the people and systems you already have. We can plug into an existing marketing, product or engineering team rather than replacing it.
That might mean taking ownership of specific growth initiatives, working directly with your internal team on implementation, or filling gaps where you need extra strategy, design or engineering capacity. The goal is to make the whole system work better, not create another layer between teams.
Growth Partnership is not a catch-all marketing retainer. We do not manage social media calendars, produce generic AI content at scale, sell backlink packages or promise unlimited design and development requests.
The partnership is focused on the digital systems that directly affect acquisition, conversion and performance. If something falls outside that scope, we will either recommend a better specialist or treat it as a separate piece of work.
You do.
Anything we create for the partnership stays with you, including the website work, code, content, accounts, analytics setup and infrastructure we configure on your behalf.
We do not build systems that only work while you keep paying us. If the partnership ends, you keep the work and the access. We believe ongoing relationships should continue because they are useful, not because leaving is difficult.
A website should not become less relevant every month after launch. It should get smarter, more useful, more visible and better at converting the people who matter. Build the foundation. Find what works. Compound it.
We store cookies to track which pages you visit, and nothing else. We don't run ads and we don't share anything with advertisers.
