Book a Call

No quotes. Just numbers.

A homepage is $1,500 and a full website of up to 10 unique pages is $3,500. Apps start at $4,000 to build and $6,000 to design and build, with most landing between $6,000 and $14,000. You get the number before anything starts, and it does not move unless you change what you are asking for.

WHAT AFFECTS THE PRICE

What changes the number.

Most apps we build land between $6,000 and $14,000. Where a project sits in that range comes down to the six things below.

How many unique pages, or how many screens

The clearest driver, and the easiest to answer early. One page is 7 to 10 days of work, 10 unique pages is 3 to 4 weeks. Only unique layouts count, so blog posts and case studies that reuse a template we already built are not part of the number. Apps price by screens rather than pages, and by how many of those screens are genuinely different from each other.

Who can see what

The biggest driver on app projects, and the one nobody expects. Accounts, roles, permissions and keeping one customer's data invisible to another are real engineering, not a setting. If your product has more than one kind of user, say so on the first call.

What it has to talk to

Payments, email, calendars, a CRM, a database you already run. Every integration is a piece of scope with its own edge cases, and it is usually cheaper to name all of them upfront than to add the fourth one halfway through the build.

How much is genuinely new

Repeating a pattern we have already designed costs less than inventing one. A dashboard that behaves like a dashboard is quick. An interaction nobody has built before is the part worth paying for, and we will tell you which parts of your product are which.

How many languages

Every extra language multiplies the content, the layout checks and the CMS structure behind it. Multi-language sites sit in our Something else tier, from $5,000, because the page count stops being the useful measure.

How much we have to work from

We write the copy on website projects, so this moves the timeline before it moves the price. What we need from you is the raw material: what you do, who you sell to, and anything you have already written. Our 7 to 10 days and 3 to 4 weeks timelines assume that exists in some form. If we are starting from nothing, we tell you what it does to the dates before you commit.

ADD-ONS

Add only what you need.

There are two add-ons and both are optional. Everything else you would expect to be quoted separately is already in the price.

Brand identity

$1,500

A full brand identity on top of any website project: logo, type, color, and the rules that keep it consistent once we hand it over. Matija leads it, so your brand and your site are designed by the same person instead of surviving a handoff between two agencies.

Care plan

from $350/month

Hosting, monitoring, dependency updates, small changes when you need them, and someone to call. Optional on every project and you can cancel anytime. If you would rather run it yourself, everything you need to do that is yours at handover either way.

HOW IT WORKS

The terms.

Everything attached to the numbers above, in plain language, before you are on a call with us. All prices are in USD.

The price is fixed before we start
Every project begins with a free scoping call. After it you get one number, in writing, before any work happens. That number does not move because the build turned out harder than we thought. It moves only if you change what you are asking for, and then we requote before we build anything.
You can split the payments
Fixed totals can be billed monthly across the build instead of in one go. The total is agreed upfront either way, so splitting it changes when you pay, never how much.
Timelines assume two working days
Our dates hold when feedback comes back within two working days. We write the copy on website projects, so feedback is genuinely the main thing we need from you, and slow feedback is the most common reason a project runs long. If it slows down, we tell you what it does to the launch date rather than quietly absorbing it.
We do not count revision rounds
Design moves through review cycles with you in them, and we keep going until the work is right. What we do not do is start over from a blank page after a direction is approved. That is a change of scope, and we requote it instead of pretending it was free.
You own everything at handover
The code, the design system, the documentation and every account, all in your name. There is no license to renew and no platform of ours to stay on. If the only way to keep your product alive were to keep paying us, we built it wrong.
Third-party costs stay in your name
Domains, hosting and services like a database or an email provider are billed to you directly, in accounts you control. We set them up and hand you the keys. Most projects start on free or low tiers and grow with actual usage.
FAQ

Straight answers.

Why do you quote fixed prices instead of hourly rates?

Because an hourly rate makes our inefficiency your problem. You get one number after a free scoping call and it does not move unless you change the scope. A homepage is $1,500, a full website of up to 10 unique pages is $3,500, and app projects are fixed the same way once we know what we are building. It also means we carry the risk of a hard week, which is where that risk belongs.

What happens if the scope changes in the middle of a project?

We stop, price the change, and you decide before we build it. Nothing gets added to your invoice after the fact. Small adjustments inside the agreed scope are just part of the work, but a genuinely new feature or a new direction after approval gets quoted like a small project of its own, so you always know the total before it grows.

Can we pay in installments?

Yes. Any fixed total can be split into monthly payments across the build, with the full amount agreed before anything starts. Splitting changes when you pay, never how much. Tell us on the scoping call and we set the schedule up with the quote.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

We do not count them. Design moves through review cycles with you in them, and we keep going until the work is right rather than stopping at round three. The one thing we treat as new scope is restarting from a blank page after a direction has been approved, and we requote that openly instead of absorbing it and rushing the rest.

What does it cost to keep the site or app running after launch?

Nothing to us, unless you want it to. You own the code and every account at handover, so you can run it yourself or hand it to another team. If you would rather not think about it, our care plan starts at $350 per month and covers hosting, monitoring, dependency updates and small changes, and you can cancel anytime. Hosting and third-party services are billed to you directly, in your own accounts.

What if we want to add pages or features later?

We quote them fixed, the same way we quoted the original build. Only unique layouts count toward the 10 page cap, so blog posts and case studies that reuse a template we already built are unlimited and cost you nothing to add. Full websites ship with a CMS and an SEO structure designed for growth, so you can publish most things yourself without paying anyone. For work that genuinely needs us, there is no retainer to be on first and no penalty for coming back a year later.

Is the first call free?

Yes. The scoping call costs nothing and carries no obligation. We use it to understand the problem, tell you what we think it takes, and give you a fixed price. If we think you would be better served by something cheaper than us, including a builder you run yourself, we say that on the call rather than selling you a project.

Is there anything the price does not cover?

Domains, hosting and third-party services like a database or an email provider, which are billed to you directly in accounts you own. We set them up and hand over the keys, and most projects start on free or low tiers that grow with usage. Everything else on this page, including custom design, the copy itself, analytics and SEO setup, is inside the price.

Let's put a number on your project.

Book a 30-minute scoping call. We will talk through what you are building, tell you honestly what it takes, and send you a fixed price. No cost and no obligation.
